BIG FAT JERRY'S GOURMET TOMATO PIE

3 to 4 ripe tomato's
1 med.sweet onion
1 cup of Mayo
1 cup of sour cream
8 oz. of Colby cheese
8oz. of shredded Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoon of Big Fat Jerry's Gourmet Seasoning
1 tsp. of brown sugar
2 deep dish pie shells

Take tomato's and blanch and peel
Cut into quarters
cut sweet onion into minced pieces
Take 1 cup Mayo, 1cup sour cream, and 8 oz. of Colby jack Cheese, 8 oz.of shredded Parmesan (save some cheese to cover top of pie ) 1Tlb.spoon of brown sugar & 3 Tlb. Spoons of BIG FAT JERRY'S GOURMET SEASONING and the onion blend all together in a big bowl.
Preheat oven to 350. Put deep dish pie shells in oven for 10 min. take out then spread mix evenly
in bottom of pie shells
Add tomato's then cover with the rest of mix cover the top with the cheese you saved put in oven and bake until golden brown
Take out and let cool for about one hour cut and serve as appetizer or side dish. ENJOY.
